Our condolences to the Crockett family and the Kansas City
Fire Department of Missouri. FireFighter Terrance Crockett, 48,
a 10 year veteran of the Kansas City Fire Department, died
Monday March 17, 2008. Terrance was operating a hoseline during
overhaul after a structure fire at a vacant one story home
when he collapsed from an apparent heart attack. He was transported
to Research Medical Center where he he died shortly after.

Terrance began his 29 years of service to the City of Kansas City,
Missouri with the Animal Control Division, changing his career path
to security at the Leeds Correctional Facility and later Airport Police.
In in 1998 he joined fire dispatch and ultimately pursued his dream to
become a a fire fighter in the year 2000. He was assigned to
Pumper 30 at Station 30.

Our brother Terrance leaves behind 3 daughters Damisha, April
and Ariel. A visitation for Terrance will be held on Saturday
March 22, 2008 8-11AM at Church Triumphant World Overcomers in
Kansas City. A funeral service will follow at 11AM with burial
at Forest Hill Cemetery.
