Our condolences to the Quinlan family and the Worcester Fire
Department of Massachusetts. Lieutenant Donald Quinlan, 52, a
30 year veteran of the Worcester Fire Department, died Saturday
March 22, 2008. Donald passed away at Rose Monahan Hospice Home
from complications after he suffered a broken ankle at a New Year's
Eve 2007 structure fire from slipping on some ice.
Our brother Donald leaves behind his wife Mary, his sons Sean and
Matthew, and his daughters Amanda, Molly, and Timaree. Calling
hours for Donald will be held on Wednesday March 26, 2008 4-8PM at
O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home in Worcester. A funeral mass for
Donald will be held on Thursday March 27, 2008 11AM at St. Peter's
Church in Worcester followed by a burial in Worcester County
Memorial Park. A memorial fund has been established and donations
can be made to:
