11/25/02 Armpatch Gallery Update
Over the weekend I worked on my armpatch folders. I edited and added 100 NEW armpatches to the
already HUGE armpatch gallery. There are now a whopping 1,436 armpatches in the
Armpatch Photo
gallery.
11/22/02 Photo Gallery Update
I added 8 photos of 2 recent extrication calls to the
Extrication Photos
photo gallery. The first was a car versus house. The woman literally landed the car on top of the front stairs. The other call was nerve
wracking. We saw the carnage from across the highway while responding. So I figured we had a lot of work cut out for us.
Turns out the 3 passengers of the blazer exited through the rear hatch. The only person trapped was the driver of the car -
and that was just a door pop with a haligan bar. There are 18 photos in the
Extrication Photos
photo gallery. If anyone has any photos of the 6 car accident on Wolcott Street the other day the racing fools caused, please email
me copies so I can add them to the site.

11/19/02 Photo Gallery Update
The Bond Radio building on West Main Street in downtown Waterbury burned to the ground on Halloween night. A general alarm was
called in Waterbury. That means every company in the city responded. Waterbury usually renders mutual aid, but called outlying towns
to man stations that night. The building was wide open and went up pretty fast. Crews did an excellent job of protecting exposures.
I received many photos from several people and compiled them into 20 photos for the
Bond Radio Fire 10/31/02
photo gallery. I would like to thank Michele Crowley-LaRose and Tom Kickham, Fire Commissioner Chris Casey and Firefighter Elac
Aviles for the photos they submitted.
